Pooja Tripathi

Pooja Tripathi is an Amazon Product Leader currently leading ML development and A/B testing for Alexa AI. She has been with the company for over four years building for the Alexa experience. Prior to joining Amazon, she worked as a Senior Manager and Project Lead at Tata Steel, leading the implementation of their manufacturing execution system. Her colleagues describe her as a cusotmer-obsessed leader who is great at spotting process gaps and quickly solving problems.

Pooja earned her Bachelor's degree in Material Science Engineering through the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. She graduated with high marks, earning herself the President Award for academic achievement. After that, she went on to attend the renowned Harvard Business School, where she received her MBA.
