Kristin uses her innovative and creative mind to inspire others to start projects and launch initiatives. Her great personality and trailblazing attitude help her to push ideas forward with energy and enthusiasm. She has over seven years of experience in Product Management in addition to 15 years of being in customer-focused industries.

She is currently a Senior Product Manager at Cosm. Before that, she was a Senior Product Manager at NBCUniversal Media. In this role, she collaborated across departments in order to ensure the best product for their customers was launched. She is also constantly teaming up with Data Science and UX teams to look for ways to create more value and find areas to improve in.

She has also worked at Infront X, as a Senior Product Manager for their Strategy and Key Accounts. Her clients included Chelsea FC, the NFL, Verizon, Activision Blizzard, and more. She also launched 13 responsive websites in just three months for one client that attracted over 1 million unique visitors in its first month. Additionally, she has worked as a Technical Product Manager for Backend Services and Web at the National Football League.

Kristin studied at Florida State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. She became a Certified Scrum Master in 2016.

She has impressed her colleagues with her ability to see the big picture, capture sore pain points, and propose solutions that elevate the product and company to the next level. She has an incredible way of communicating effectively which helps her to connect with every level of the business. She is thoughtful and empathetic and cares not just about understanding and finding solutions for customer problems but also about helping her co-workers grow into the best version of themselves.
